About Xena

Xena is a Precision Nutrition–certified coach with a background in design and systems thinking.

Before nutrition, she built a career in design — learning how to simplify complexity, structure information clearly, and build practical tools.

After more than a decade of struggling with chronic fatigue, inflammation, rosacea, migraines, and digestive issues, she turned that same systems mindset toward nutrition.

Instead of chasing symptoms, she began identifying patterns.

Over time, this evolved into a structured elimination-and-reintroduction method focused on reducing overload rather than adding more solutions.

Nutrixena grew from that work.
